Appliances delivered damaged will be exchanged for the same model. Damage must be documented at time of delivery and item must be refused. 

Any item that requires a return other than damaged is subject to approval by GE and is subject to a GE restocking fee.​ Item must be new, uninstalled, unopened and in original carton.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please call 914-318-1130.

SHIPPING

​

Orders are shipped directly from GE's network of delivery agents. Delivery dates will be provided to buyer as soon as they are received by QBR Ventures, LLC. Items on backorder at GE will be subject to GE timeframes.
